2026 Korean Language Courses

 

The Korean Education Centre UK offers quality Korean Language Courses to support Korean language learners in the UK. All our courses are currently delivered ON-LINE using a fully interactive platform.

Our courses

• Our Korean courses are held ONLINE LIVE via Zoom.
  
• Course duration
  – There are two separate terms per year.
  – Each term consists of 15 course weeks covering one coursebook
   (Two-hour weekly sessions x 15 weeks = 30 hours per term in total)
• Eligibility
  – Anyone who is 14-year-old and over (Under 18 requires parental consent for registration.)
  – You do not need to participate in the Term 1 to enroll in the Term 2.

Course Fee

• Course fee (per term) : £110
• To be paid by bank transfer only (Payment Guide)
• Please do not submit the course fee before the registration period begins.
• The fee is non-refundable once the course has commenced.
• For registrations from outside the UK, please note that course fee refunds can only be processed to a UK bank account, as we are no longer able to make overseas transfers.

 

Course Levels and books

• Level Pre-1A : King Sejong Institute Korean Introduction 
  This course is suitable for beginners who wish to learn from the very beginning and to have a firm base before starting Sejong Korean series. The course will cover the basic Korean language including Hangeul (Korean alphabet), phonics, simple vocabulary and easy reading.
• Level 1A : Sejong Korean 1A
• Level 1B : Sejong Korean 1B
• Level 2A : Sejong Korean 2A
• Level 2B : Sejong Korean 2B
• Level 3A : Sejong Korean 3A
• Level 3B : Sejong Korean 3B
• Level 4A : Sejong Korean 4A
• Level 4B : Sejong Korean 4B

♠ How to find your level 

– Coursebooks : Have a look inside the course books by clicking on the titles. (You will need to sign up to look inside the books.)
– Level Test : We recommend to take a level test before selection of your course level. (You will need to sign up for a level test.) → Online Level Test

♠ Coursebooks

– You may purchase a physical copy from online bookshops, such as Amazon or Foyles.
– You can access the e-book version free of charge via the King Sejong Institute website using the links above.

• Registration period: 12 January 2026 ~ 22 February 2026 11:59pm (BST)

  Step 1 : Check the availability first from the timetable above.
  Step 2 : Pay the course fee by bank transfer.(Payment Guide) Capture/save the confirmation screen as a proof of payment.

• You will receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes after submitting the form. If you do not receive it, your registration may not have been successful. Please check your spam mailbox or contact us immediately at educentreuk@gmail.com.

 

Registration FAQ

• The course registration will be on a first come, first served basis and, therefore, can be closed earlier than the deadline as the places are limited.
• The course of your choice can be cancelled if the number of enrolled students does not reach the minimum required number.
• The class of your initial choice cannot be changed once the course has commenced.
• The fee is non-refundable once the course has commenced.
• You do not need to participate in the term 1 to enrol in the term 2.
  

   

Certificate of Completion

• A student with more than 80% overall grade (80% of attendance rate + 20% of test result) will achieve a Certificate of Completion (Digital version only) at the end of each term.
• Please note that test results during the course will be included in your overall grade.
